Beau & I went with our friends Ben & Kristie to the Police Reunion Tour in Seattle. Beau was in Heaven.

The Salem, Utah Triathlon Relay

This past week we did a family Triathlon relay with the Carlson Family. It was such a beautiful morning as you can see from the pictures. Beau did the 800 meter swim and I did the 5k run. Each of the Carlson family members participated in riding the bike, swimming and running. It was so much fun we hope to do it again next year!
