We made these for Grandma’s Easter party! They turned out so cute.
These honestly take like 10 minutes to make and the kids love them.
They are also very delicious.
All you need is:
1 Cup of butterscotch Chips
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
2 Cups of Chow Mein Noodles
Melt the Butterscotch Chips and the Peanut Butter in the microwave until melted and stir together.
Add in the Chow Mein Noodles and shape into little nests. Add jelly beans once nests have dried.
Enjoy!

Gingerbread Cookies Yummy!

Thank You MELANIE for the best Gingersnap Cookie Recipe! I made them yesterday for our Carlson family party!

Ginger Snaps

1 1/2 cups butter
2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup molasses
4 1/2 cups flour
4 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon salt

Cream butter and brown sugar. Add eggs and molasses, mix well. Add dry ingredients. Roll into balls and roll in sugar. Bake on un-greased cookie sheets at 375 for 10-12 minutes – if you only leave them in 9 minutes, they are chewy good. Once cooled, dip one half into melted white chocolate!
